DC plan administered by Desjardins. Salary figures from Air Transat collective agreement effective 1 May 2026. Annual salary calculated from published FTC hourly rates × selected block hours. Minimum guarantee is 75 hr/month (900 hrs/yr). All projections assume hiring at year-1 of service. Pay progresses annually through the scale by years of service — pilots upgrading to Captain carry their accumulated service years directly into the Captain scale (e.g. a year-8 FO upgrades to year-8 Captain pay). FO salary caps at the year-10 rate if upgrade is delayed beyond 10 years. Annual wage escalation compounds on top of the published scale.
